Beef seekh kabab



Eid special beef seekh kbab
Ingredients 
1) 1/ 2 kg beef mince 
2) 1 onion chopped 
3) 3- 4 green chilies
4) 1/ 4 bunch green coriander / green dhania 
5) salt 1 tsp / to taste 
6) red chilli powder half tsp
7)1 tsp whole spices powder / garam masala powder 
8) 125 gram / half Pao/ half cup  kidney fats/ charbi
9) 1 tsp cumin powder/ zeera powder 
10) 1 tsp coriander powder/ sabut dhania powder 
11) ginger 1 piece 
12) garlic 2 cloves 

 Recipe Procedure: 
In a chopper add mince , ginger garlic , green coriander and green chilies , chopperize them very well 
2) add fats and again chopp them for atleast 1- 2 minutes  
3) now add all other ingredients and again chopperize for 3-4 minutes 
4) take out the mince in a bowl
5 ) now take ice cooled water for wetting palm with chilled water
6) after wetting ur palm make seekh kabab with help of any stick / skewer 
7 ) now cook them in frying pan with 1-2 tbsp oil ore bar b q them on burning coal as u like , 
8) turn each side after 1 minutes till the kabab get tender and has golden brown colour 
9) if u cook in fry pan then after cooking give them smoke of a burning coal , and enjoy bar b q style seekh kabab with green chutni.
