Ingredients

 4 servings
  1. 3 cups milk
  2. 3 ilaichi
  3. 5-6 tbsp Sugur
  4. 1 cup National siwayan

Steps

  1. Milk ko pan me daal kr boil dain,

  2. After 1 boil, sugur nd ilaichi add krky low flame pr 20 minutes tak cook krain,

  3. Siwayun ko hand se koot lain boht lambi nh dalni

  4. Siwayan dalny k bad 10 to 15 minutes tak cook krain

  5. Jab thick hojaen to bowl me nikal kr thandi krlain,

  6. Over night fridge me rakhain, subha thandi thandi serve krain
