Ingredients

 4 to 6 servings
  1. 4 eggs
  2. 12 tbsp maida
  3. 12 tbsp sugur
  4. Half cup oil
  5. 1/4 cup milk
  6. 1 and half tbsp baking powder
  7. 2-3 drops vanilla essence
  8. 2 tabsp coco powder

Steps

  1. First off all grease cake pane with oil and dust with maida(all purpose flour)

  2. Preheat pot/ pateela, and keep small stand in it

  3. Now beat eggs one by one so that eggs come into foamy texture

  4. Now mix 4 tbsp sugur beat it, then add remaining sugar and beat the mixture,

  5. Now add half cup oil, Lukewarm milk, vanilla essence, and mix with spatula,

  6. Add maida and baking powder and fold in mixture,

  7. Take a bowl, add cocopowder in half of the mixture and mix it,

  8. Now add a layer of simple mixture and second layer of cocopowder mixed batter,

  9. In last tap the cake pan on table,

  10. Keep that pan in pateela, cover with wet cloth and weight,

  11. Check it after 45 minutes,

  12. Enjoy soft and spongy cake
