  1. Imli ko thory se water me soak krky rakhdain 2, 3 hours ke lie

  2. Imli ka pulp nikal lain

  3. Sugur ko paani me mix krain imli pulp bh mix krdain or ice cubes dal ke enjoy krain

Ingredients 1 cup  milk 15  dates 2  , 3 spoon sugar 5  tabsp cocopowder Half  cup water 3  tabsp butter 2-3 drops  vanilla essence Steps Melt butter in a pan on low flame Now blend dates in milk and strain this paste Add this paste in melted butter, Mix cocopowder in water Add this cocopowder mixture to the pan And cook on low flame, until it come in thick paste form, now taste sugur, adjust it according to ur taste, and add vanilla essence, Enjoy this healthy sauce with bread
