Mango cake

Ingredients

 8 servings
  1. 2 cups maida
  2. 2 mango
  3. Half cup oil
  4. 1 cup milk
  5. 1 tbs baking powder
  6. 1/4 tsp baking soda
  7. 3 tbsp dahi/ yoghurt
  8. Half cup sugur
  9. 3 , 4 drops Mango essence

Steps

  1. Grease the pan with oil and maida

  2. Preheat pateela

  3. Blend 1 mango, sugur and oil

  4. Mix that puree with yoghurt, mango essence and all the dry ingredients

  5. Now add milk and fold the batter with soft hand

  6. Bake it, and

  7. Make the remaining mango puree, divide the puree into 2 parts,

  8. Add half puree in a pan, 2 tbs sugur, 1 teaspoon cornflour, mix them and now cook for 5 minutes on low flame, keep a side

  9. From half puree make milk shake, keep aside

  10. After baking cake, keep it on room temp for atleast 30 minutes, now pour milk shake in cake with help of toothpick

  11. Decorate with mango glaze and cream

  12. Enjoy yummy mango cake
