Ingredients

 14 servings
  1. 4 cups Maida
  2. 1 egg
  3. 1 large size potato boiled and mashed
  4. 3 tabsp balai
  5. 3 tbsp oil
  6. 1 and half cup sugur
  7. 1 and half tbsp baking
  8. Milk just for kneading the dough
  9. 2,3 tablespoons yoghurt

Steps

  1. Take a large bowl, mix well all ingredients except milk

  2. Knead with milk,

  3. Rest the dough for 30 minutes

  4. Again knead for just 1-2 minutes

  5. Cut in round shape with help of glass

  6. Fry them on low flame

  7. Ready to eat
