Ingredients

 4-5 servings
  1. 5 bread slices
  2. 1 mango
  3. 3 cups milk
  4. 4 pieces burfi
  5. 4 tbsp condensed milk
  6. 2 tbs crushed dry fruit
  7. 2 tbsp cream
  8. 1 tbsp rice flour
  9. 3 cardamom

Steps

  1. Take a pan boil milk with cardamom,

  2. After boiling add dry fruit, and turn the flame to low

  3. Cook that milk on low flame for at least 15 minutes

  4. Cut the bread in triangles, fry these triangles with desi ghee

  5. After 15 minutes of boiling milk, now dip these fried triangles in that milk just for 2,3 seconds, just dip it change it's side and take that bread out in a tray,

  6. Now add half mango puree and burfi in milk, and again cook for 10 minutes on low flame,

  7. Turn off the flame and add 2, 3 tbs of cream,mix and pour on bread triangles,

  8. Rest it for at least 3 hours in fridge

  9. Decorate with remaining half mango cubes

  10. Enjoy yummy breakfast
