Shami kabab bread pockets
Ingredients
2 servings
- 2 shami kbab
- 4 bread slices
- 2 spoon chilli garlic sauce
- 2 spoon mayonnise
- Egg for coating
- Bread crumbs
- Oil for frying
- Cheese
Steps
Take 4 bread slices, cut them in circles
Spread chilie garlic sauce on 2 bread circles and mayonnaise on other 2 circles,
Spread some cheese on bread with chilli garlic sauce, then shami kbab, again cheese and on top place mayonnaise bread,
Press with hand, and on corners apply some water with finger and press both sides,
Coat in beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs
Rest them in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes
Fry on high flame,
Ready to eat delicious bread pockets
